Instead of natural and reliable drugs, we often use commercial pain relief tools, even when we do not really need it. These drugs can cause real damage to the liver and kidneys.

10. Drinking alcohol
Alcohol is a poison that the kidneys have to process and eject. Very often drinking alcohol can be excessive and excessive, and this additionally damages the kidneys and liver. Alcohol is like a diuretic that takes water from the body, and in this way affects the kidneys.
