How much water do you need to drink according to your body weight?

Water is the best ally if you want to lose the extra pounds. Each diet or weight loss means drinking enough water, and the average daily amount of water that is recommended to enter is 2 liters, ie 8 cups of water.

But if you want to increase your chances of losing weight and get the most out of the water, then you must take your body weight into consideration and according to that figure, determine how much water you need to drink.

For you not to torture, we have made that calculation for you. The quantity is the same for both men and women:

– If you have 60 to 64 pounds you need to drink 2 liters of water per day.

– If you have 65 to 69 pounds you need to drink 2.1 liters of water per day.

– If you have 70 to 74 pounds you should drink 2.3 liters of water per day.

– If you have 75 to 79 pounds you need to bring 2.5 liters of water per day.

– If you have 80 to 84 kilograms, you need to add 2.6 liters of water per day.

– If you have 85 to 89 kilograms, you need to bring 2.8 liters of water per day.

– If you have 90 to 94 pounds you need to bring 3 liters of water per day.

– If you have 95 to 99 pounds you need to bring 3.2 liters of water per day.

– If you have 100 to 104 kilograms, you need to bring 3.3 liters of water per day.

– If you have 105 to 109 pounds, you need to add 3.4 liters of water per day.

– If you have 110 to 114 kilograms, you need to get 3.6 liters of water per day.

– If you have 115 or more kilos, you need to bring 3.7 liters of water per day.

Also, before each meal, drink 2 cups of 2,5 dl.

If you eat 3 times a day, then you will bring 1.5 liters of water.

In the morning, as soon as you wake up and in the evening before you lie down, drink two large glasses of water and so add another liter of water.

If the water is not “tasty” then add the fruit as orange, mandarin, apple and for a better taste.
