Jean Mitrev’s diet: Loss 15 kg in 19 days

When the temperatures jump, the wardrobe must be minimal, if it is added and you want to look beautiful on the beach, it’s time to get rid of the kilograms that got your periods. This diet is recommended by doctors.

DIET FOR 15 DAYS (from Hospital-Cardiology)

Breakfast is the same for 15 days, and consists of 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon, banana and grapes), a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

1. day

Lunch
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk

Dinner
2 tomatoes or 2 dl. boiled tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
1/2 head lettuce or cucumber
2 bugs

Day 2

Lunch
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk

Dinner
125 gr. Of beef veal
1 tomato
1 orange
1 duplex
1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

3. day

Lunch
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 pot of sour milk
1 head salad or cucumber

Dinner
125 gr. boiled veal
1 orange
1 duplex
1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Day 4

Lunch
125 gr. cow cheese
1 tomato
1 duplex

Dinner
125 gr. boiled veal
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 duplex

5. day

Lunch
200 grams of fried meat or fish
1 tomato
1 duplex

Dinner
1/2 kg. cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes)
1 boiled egg
1 duplex

WARNING:

Meat and cooked vegetables are harvested with Vegeta.
Day 6 and 7 are without diet.
During the diet you do not drink alcohol.

After the 5th day, 2.5 to 5 kg are lost, and after two days the diet is repeated 3 times (5 days + 2 days break) and are lost without health consequences 15 kg. Kilograms will not return if you eat normally after the diet is finished every Monday.

On Mondays should be consumed:

Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar
Lunch: 1 apple, 1 duplex
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 drip

All these groceries can be taken warm or cold, but it is important to take them in the order indicated and not to omit any one. If they are not taken in order or if a change is made, the desired effect will not be achieved.
