Lemon diet: For 14 days 10 kg less

Lemon diet is an organism cleaning plan and weight loss which in 14 days should do detoxification of the body and help you lose up to 10 kilograms.

This diet is very simple: every morning before breakfast, drink a certain amount of lemon juice mixed with water.

Day 1: Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of water.

Day 2: Juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of water.

Day 3: Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of water.

Day 4: Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 glasses of water.

Day 5: Juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of water.

Day 6: Juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glasses of water.

Day 7: Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of water. Add one tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture all day long.

Day 8: Juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glasses of water.

Day 9: Juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of water.

Day 10: Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of water.

Day 11: Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of water.

Day 12: Juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of water.

Day 13: Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of water.

Day 14: Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of water. Add one tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture all day long.

If you find it hard to drink at once, drink as much as you can, and leave the residue for later. Just be careful to drink at least an hour before a meal.

This diet is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal problems.

Lemon diet is most effective in autumn and spring, at a time when our body needs additional vitamins and detoxification.
