Strict implementation of this diet leads, in addition to the weight reduction, to changes in the metabolism, so the lost pounds do not return.

The diet lasts 90 days. If it is necessary to lose less pounds, the diet is interrupted earlier, but then there is no change in metabolism.

The UN diet always starts with a protein day, then follows a day of starch, a day of carbohydrates, a fruit day, and again protein. THE DAY OF THE DAYS MAY NOT CHANGE

 

Breakfast

All 90 days FRESH. Eat two fruits or hand dry fruits (count 8 pieces, it will be enough).

 

First day – PROTEIN DAY

Lunch

– Meat, dish, chopped or roasted (in quantity from a restaurant serving, 2-3 pieces or about 250 g) or 3 boiled or roasted eggs or something from dairy products, and soybeans.

– Bread – a piece of integral bread.

– Salad in unlimited quantities with a maximum of 1 tbsp.

– Soup – mandatory (without pasta – 1/3 cup / 3 dl) and if dairy products are consumed then the soup is not mandatory – drink yogurt or milk.

Note: Different types of proteins do not mix in one meal or one day.

Dinner

Just like lunch, but half a meal from lunch, without soup and without bread. Mandatory … if you are eating lunchtime meals to eat for dinner, if you are eating lunch eggs, it must be the same for dinner.

 

The second day – THE DAY OF THE SCROB

Lunch

– Beans, peas, lentils, rice, potatoes – boiled, only with the addition of spices (salt, vegeta, black pepper, ketchup, cooked tomato) – full dish.

– Bread – piece

– Salad

Dinner

Just like for lunch, but half a measure and without bread.

 

 

THIRD DAY – DAY OF COLOR HYDRATES

Lunch

Cooked pasta with spice additive – ketchup or the like, or pizza only with the addition of ketchup, or salted pastry in the amount of pizza (for example 3 buns)

Dinner

Two thin cakes or 3-4 cakes, or 3 – 4 ice cream balls. Required – 1 row of black chocolate.

 

Fourth day – FRESH DAY

Lunch and dinner

Just mixed fruit, as much as you like.

 

Additional notes

– A “water day” is held after 7 X 4 days, ie 29 days (three times during the diet). All day, only water is drunk.

– It is mandatory after the fruit day, and sometimes after the water, to continue with the protein day.

– Coffee and tea can be drunk, but without sugar. Keep the sauces to a minimum.

– It is obligatory to take 1 tablet, which contains a daily dose of vitamins and minerals after lunch.

– The first meal break is 4 hours, and the second and the third day is 3 hours, during the fruity day, the break between the meals is 2 hours.

– After eight o’clock in the evening, do not eat anything.

 

Everything that is stated must be eaten because it has its role in the body. Fruits are mandatory for breakfast, because it gives the fastest energy, chocolate on the third day too, because it protects the body from possible allergy.

Food quantities are larger than usual, and foods are tailored to our conditions and climate. You have to be consistent and persistent. It may happen that the first ten days do not result in weight loss, but then we begin to lose weight up to 3 – 4 kg. After 90 days of diet, another 90 days for breakfast are eaten fruit, while for lunch and dinner you return to the usual diet. In that period, another 3 kg should be reduced, indicating a change in metabolism. If this does not happen, the diet should be repeated, but only after 3 months.

THE DIETHOUSE CAN NOT BE CONTINUED FOR MORE THAN 90 DAYS – EXCEEDING THROUGHOUT 3 MONTHS YOU CAN IMPLEMENT THE NEW 90 DAYS OF THE DIET.
