How many times have you heard that if you do not get breakfast, you need to eat at least one banana so you’re not hungry? It seems that this advice, although widespread, is not at all good for your health.
Nutritionists warn that while the banana looks like a perfect option for a quick breakfast, it’s far from it. If you eat only a banana, without anything else with it, you choose foods that contain 25 percent sugars. It is also moderately acidic, which is not at all good for the loss.
The best way to start the day is with a breakfast that burns fat, that is, it will make you energetic enough to withstand until the next meal. Although bananas will give you a short charge of energy, you will quickly start to feel tired and even smoother than before. They are a better choice for snacks than for an order meal, since they alone are not enough to start the day.
The feeling of fatigue and hunger after eating a banana for breakfast can be prevented if you combine this fruit with foods that are full of healthy fats, such as avocados. Also, since bananas belong to the group of sour foods, you need to neutralize its acid to get the good benefits it offers, such as potassium, nutrients and magnesium – and not just the sugar that gives you short-term energy.
